Administrative Applications:
Administrative applications are reviewed by City Staff and may be able to move forward without Planning Commission or City Council action. These applications can be submitted at any time and will be acted on as quickly as possible by City Staff.

Applicants interested in submitting requests for approval of a wetland delineation, no-loss determination, exemption, or replacement plan should review the TEP schedule, as submittal deadlines impact the timing for official review. All potential applicants should contact Community Development Staff to discuss the application process prior to submittal.
