*Please note that prior to placing any fill on your property, an Erosion Control and Fill Permit Application is required.

Planning Commission (P & Z) Applications:

Applicants interested in submitting applications for Planning Commission review should review the Planning Commission schedule, as submittal deadlines impact the timing for official review. All potential applicants should contact Community Development Staff to discuss the application process prior to application submittal.

Board of Appeals & Adjustments (BAA) Applications:

Applicants interested in submitting variance applications should review the BAA schedule, as submittal deadlines impact the timing for official review. All potential applicants should contact Community Development Staff to discuss the application process prior to application submittal.

Wetland Technical Evaluation Panel (TEP) Applications:

Additional Wetlands Information

Applicants interested in submitting requests for approval of a wetland delineation, no-loss determination, exemption, or replacement plan should review the TEP schedule, as submittal deadlines impact the timing for official review. All potential applicants should contact Community Development Staff to discuss the application process prior to submittal.
