Our goal is to enhance resources for positive individual, family, and community growth through supporting public and private improvement and development projects, as well as developing recreation opportunities for the community. We provide these services and coordinate discussions so that we can facilitate development projects so that we can build our community and provide services to our residents.

Planning studies in the City of Hermantown proceed at the direction of the City Council. In 2014, the City recommended proceeding with a multi-year planning process to provide detailed updates related to specific areas of the City. Already on-going was an extensive planning level review of the Hermantown Marketplace Study Area.
