The amount of your monthly utility bill can be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the due date. If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, then it will be deducted on the following business day.

Additional Non-Utility Online Payments
The City of Hermantown offers an online payment option through our secure, third-party vendor, www.paygov.us. You can use your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (American Express is not accepted), but there is a $1 convenience fee for transactions less than $33 and a 3% convenience fee for transactions more than $33.
To utilize the online payment option, you will need your account number, account name, and service address. Questions related to charges made to your credit card should be directed to PayGov.us via their website at www.paygov.us or by calling 866-480-8552, which is available 24 hours a day.
If you want to receive paperless billing, residents may register for the service in the Resident Utility Portal. You may use more than one e-mail address if you prefer.
Mailed bills will be sent to residents automatically if they do not elect paperless billing through the Resident Utility Portal.
