Utility Payments
The Hermantown Resident Utility Portal allows utility customers to make payments via credit card – regularly or one-time – for their utility bills. Residents can also view their billing history and more within the Resident Utility Portal.
Autopayment Plan – Debit, Bank, Non-Credit Card
The amount of your monthly utility bill can be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the due date. If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, then it will be deducted on the following business day.
Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) Enrollment Form – Non-Credit Card Payments
Additional Non-Utility Online Payments
The City of Hermantown offers an online payment option through our secure, third-party vendor, www.paygov.us. You can use your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (American Express is not accepted), but there is a $1 convenience fee for transactions less than $33 and a 3% convenience fee for transactions more than $33.
To utilize the online payment option, you will need your account number, account name, and service address. Questions related to charges made to your credit card should be directed to PayGov.us via their website at www.paygov.us or by calling 866-480-8552, which is available 24 hours a day.
