Hermantown’s Training Center may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis to groups serving the needs of the community. From civic improvement and artistic groups to school and social welfare groups, the Training Center is an option for your needs.

The 125-person capacity room can include 30 tables and up to 95 chairs. Traditionally the Training Center is set up classroom-style with seating for 60. Rental of the Training Center does not include any services from City staff or members of the HPD, including in IT support. Additionally, City and law enforcement needs may take precedence over any other group’s meeting request.

Fees are $190 during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., non-holiday weekdays), $245 for rentals after business hours, and $320 for Saturday rentals (available between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.). Hermantown residents may use the room once per month during business hours at no charge. Additional fee information can be found in the rental form.
