My Hometown – The Maps
The buttons below take you to maps that help provide a picture of Hermantown through a few different lenses. These current maps tell an important story, from the zoning to the land itself. The links provide a larger image that can be downloaded.
My Hometown – The Data
The growth of Hermantown has been strong for years, but will it continue? We’ve come a long way from the pioneering families who populated our Jackson Project Homes, but what should new families joining Hermantown expect? We’ve always been a business-friendly community, but what does that look like going forward?
A TRUSTED PARTNER
HKGI was hired to help lead Hermantown in designing its next Comprehensive Plan. Not only do they have an incredible reputation for this type of work, but they’ve also got strong connections to Hermantown – as they helped us map out both the Hermantown Marketplace and the initial ideas for the city-wide trail system.
MEET THE TEAM
Check the Schedule
There are opportunities to get involved in this process – most notably through the community survey and the interactive planning map. Additionally, there will be public meetings, interviews, and other chances to connect with this team and city staff to weigh in on the future of Hermantown.
