Portion of Arrowhead Road Set for Closure in Hermantown
Hermantown, Minn. – A heavily-used stretch of Arrowhead Road will close for several days beginning Wednesday, October 14, while crews complete a utility installation project.
The project efforts require the roadway to be fully closed immediately east of the intersection of Stebner Road and Arrowhead Road beginning the morning of October 14. Through traffic will be best served by utilizing the detour at Stebner Road and Highway 53.
The road will remain open for traffic to access homes and businesses along Arrowhead Road between Stebner Road and Highway 53, but access to those areas will come from Highway 53.
Arrowhead Road will reopen upon the completion of the utility work, which is planned for Friday, October 16, weather permitting.
