Portion of Stebner Road Set for Closure in Hermantown

The stretch between Maple Grove Road and Hermantown Road will be closed beginning July 21

Hermantown, Minn. – A heavily-utilized stretch of Stebner Road will be closed for several days beginning Monday, July 21, while a utility installation project is completed.

The project efforts require the roadway to be fully closed near the intersection of Stebner Road and Radar Road, beginning at 7 a.m. on July 21. Through traffic will be best served utilizing the detour at Hermantown Road, moving vehicles west to Lavaque Road and east to Haines Road.

The road will remain open for local traffic to access their homes throughout the project, but residents will need to use the end of Stebner Road closest to their destination.

Stebner Road will reopen upon the completion of the project, which is planned for Friday, July 25.
