Has full, absolute and exclusive control over all city property designated for park purposes.  In addition, is responsible for the maintenance, beautification and care for all municipal park property, and reports all activities to the City Council.  The board may also perform additional functions as assigned by the City Council through resolution. 

The Park Board meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 4:30 p.m.
